This workshop will introduce students to Deep Tissue massage, including its indications and contraindications, and to the benefits of Deep Tissue massage on the various physiological systems of the human body. The various techniques used in Deep Tissue massage will be practiced. By the end of the workshop the student will go into a practical module with the teacher, to put their theory knowledge intro practice.
