This course is designed to provide individuals with the essential skills and knowledge required to be
effective supervisors. It covers the fundamental aspects of supervisory roles, including leadership,
communication, team management, and performance monitoring. The course aims to equip
students with the tools needed to manage teams effectively, resolve conflicts, and foster a
productive work environment.

Quizzes and Assessments:
 All Modules will have a quiz of multiple choice and or open answer questions linked to it. All Quizzes need to be completed with an 80% score to pass.
