 The Social Work Skills Development Program consists of several modules, each focusing on specific skill sets and competencies. The program utilizes a combination of theoretical knowledge, practical exercises, and case study scenarios to enhance learning and skill development.

Module Objectives: 

1. Develop foundational social work skills and competencies.
2. Enhance empathy, communication, and active listening skills.
3. Learn crisis intervention techniques and problem-solving strategies.
4. Gain cultural competence and sensitivity to diverse populations.
5. Understand ethical principles and professional boundaries in social work.
6. Foster self-awareness and resilience to prevent burnout.

• Mental Health Support Worker

• Life Coach Fundamentals

• Child Psychology and More

Learning Style:
Full Online, Full On-Site, and Blended Available.

Assignments and Exercises:

1. Reading Assignments: Readings on management theories, case studies, and articles on contemporary management practices.
2. Case Studies:  Analyze real-world management challenges and propose solutions presented in the course lectures. 

Quizzes and Assessments:
 All Modules will have a quiz of multiple choice and or open answer questions linked to it. All Quizzes need to be completed with an 80% score to pass. 

Program Language:
Course is in English and Lecture is also available in Papiamento & Dutch.

Minimal Education required:
MBO / Years of professional working experience can also be evaluated.

This program consists of 16 Modules, and for each student it can vary depending on the speed of each student. Considering Min 3 Months- Max 8 Months
